A Schedule of Condition records the current state of your property. This is undertaken before your neighbour(s) works commence.
This process would occur when an adjoining owner(s) consents to the work but would feel more comfortable with a Schedule of Condition being carried out. This ensures both the building owner and adjoining owner are covered in case damage being caused.

Our Party Wall Awards start from £600 and include Party Wall Notices, Schedules of conditions & Preparing and negotiating Party Wall Awards.
