In addition in relation to the Party Wall etc Act matters where a dispute between you and your neighbour(s) arises or is deemed to arise, and an individual is appointed or selected to act as a surveyor, section 10 of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 (‘the 1996 Act’) 1996 Act vests official power in that person to settle the dispute, and imposes a legal obligation on them to do so, and it is therefore necessary for us to process your personal data in order to do so.
